Attorney Marcus Vaden
Marcus Vaden received his BA in Psychology from Harding University in 1984; Marcus attended law school at the University of Mississippi and graduated in 1989. After passing the bar on the first try, Marcus began his career gaining valuable trial experience as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. He then spent 19 years handling thousands of cases as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney for Arkansas 20th Judicial District.

Attorney Joe Don Winningham
Joe Don Winningham earned his B.A. and his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Arkansas, and continued on to receive his LLM from the University of Arkansas as well. He was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 1996. Joe Don has served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Deputy Public Defender, and Deputy City Attorney for the City of Conway. Focusing primarily on family law and criminal defense, Joe Don brings extensive experience to the Marcus Vaden Law Firm.
